Hi, I’m Julia, the founder of MermaidWay and the person behind most of the styling ideas and blog posts you see here. Before starting the store, I worked in fashion as a stylist and image consultant, helping women put together outfits for nights out, events and those moments when you want to feel a little more confident and put-together. Working closely with clients taught me how fabrics move, how different cuts shape the body and how to build looks that feel bold without being complicated.

I draw a lot of inspiration from nightlife, feminine silhouettes and the little details that make an outfit stand out. I love working with satin, mesh and sequins, and I’m always paying attention to how a dress moves, how it fits and what accessories bring the whole look together. My styling approach is simple: clothes should make you feel good, not stressed.

In the MermaidWay blog, I share what I’ve learned over the years – how to choose the right dress for an occasion, how to style different silhouettes and how to build party-ready looks that are fun, flattering and easy to wear.
